Played this game on my Channel's Series called 3 SCARY GAMES! It's the 3rd game I played in the video starting at 12:12!
After playing the Wild ride that was the 1st game, I had to play this after. This game was an absolute treat and enjoyed every second of it! Took everything about the 1st one and made it better. Will never forget this experience :) 10/10
oh my heck. my level of investment already. pls tell me theres lore and stuff about the dogs i love this game so much. i made an account just to comment and ask.
I played both games weeks ago, and I was proud of the fact I got all endings; only I didn't get all endings because apparently there was a SECRET 6th ending...
I took a few classes on programming as a foundation, but when it came to developing games, I started by watching tutorials on how to make an item system, dialogue, player movement, etc.
I've started a lot of projects, but finished very few. That's when I did a 5-day game jam and decided to publish whatever the result was; that's when I made the first Doghouse, actually.
So essentially I made practicing a habit, and tried to learn as much as I could (and even then I have much more to learn!)
Doghouse 2 is amazingly terrifying and we admittedly had to look up how to get some of the endings, but we had a great time with this one! (Gameplay starts at 07:09.) Very well done on managing to make this even creepier than the first game.
this game was super cool and funny. I was not expecting 5 endings but that was a nice surprise. Devs, you guys really did an amazing job. Here is my video for anyone intersted :)
I played the first one too, and after playing through this, I'm into all the improvements, with the added lore and objectives. The game has a really nice charm, and the assets are neat. Would recommend to anyone who has some free time on their hands looking for an interesting short horror experience.
The building would be confusing; but the game gives direction on where to go and get started. The building is simple click and interact moves which works well. The monster is creepy but still fun to run away from.
I really enjoyed the part after eating the lasagna. I also loved the music part. This game was a great balance of horror and silliness.
If you haven't made a game before, my advice is to join a very short gamejam.
I did the Weekly Game Jam for Doghouse 1 and it was encouraging to have a game done in a short amount of time (even if it wasn't polished or perfect, it was something!)

ummm I can't entre the game, he said you need to update this game, MAC.
Try control clicking the .dmg from Finder to get past the warning.
ITS WORKING THX!!!!
Bro, how can i get this game on my android
You can configure an Android to run Linux, but the game doesn't have touch controls so you would need a keyboard/mouse.

Hey, that means a lot!
There is a story here that I want to expand upon a lot more in the third game. It's related to the secret ending for this game, if you've seen it ;)

Good job, that ending might be my favourite.
Noted, adding a 7th ending now... (thanks for playing!)
Is it anything about the plush rabbit that is stuck on the tree?
how did you learn to make games?

hmm what language did you use to make doghouse btw? and howd you make it ps2 style? i really wanna make a game like that
I have Godot which uses GDScript, and I use Blender to model. For the PSX style, I just use small textures and unblur them on the models :)
rip, modeling is very hard for me
idk how to model

I love the mix of humor and horror in this game. It was very clever, and had a unique charm.
